Meat & Livestock Australia partnered with The Australian Financial Review Australia’s Top Restaurants to raise awareness for its foodservice brand, Rare Medium, through the creation of a new award celebrating outstanding talent for red meat cookery. The campaign gave MLA an opportunity to engage with the country’s leading chefs and restaurateurs.
